OKLAHOMA CITY "Summer Hours" Weekly Honk-For-Peace Rallies:
Saturdays: 10 am to 11 am (one hour earlier)
Northwest Expressway & Meridian Ave. (Hefner Park)
(the "Gathering of Eagles" pro-war protestor is taking up
position across the highway from us each week.)
Tuesdays: 5 pm to 6 pm, at the Gold Dome corner,
Classen Blvd & NW 23rd Street.
NORMAN Weekly "Honk-For-Peace" Rally:
Mondays: 6 pm to 7 pm
at Main Street & Flood
(On Monday, 16th, John Walters and Batch will carpool from the
Peace House, 2912 N. Robinson, leaving @ 5:25, to join and
support Norman vigilers. Join us.)

We invite you to join us this Friday, May 30, at Noon for our Speaker Luncheon at the Boulevard Cafeteria, 525 NW 11th ST, OKC.
Our speaker this week is Democratic Champion, Frosty Troy. Frosty is the founding editor of the Oklahoma Observer. He, and his late wife Helen, published the Observer together for over thirty years. A member of the Oklahoma Journalism Hall of Fame, Frosty has covered state and national politics, government and social issues for half a century. He is a nationally acclaimed speaker on his three favorite topics: the free enterprise system, education and politics. Please give Frosty a warm reception and join us on Friday.
